النغفة (والجمع: نغف) (بالإنجليزية: Maggot) هي يرقة ذوات الجناحين. يستخدم لفظ النغفة ليرقات بعض أنواع ذباب قصيرات القرن مثل ذبابة المنزل والمستودكية والخوتعيات،[1] لكن لا يستخدم ليرقات خيطيات القرن مثل البعوضيات والذباب البجعي.
