You read that right. It's the opposite of everyone's issue. I'm on a Pi 3 w/ Raspian
I have a cronjob that is running once when it is supposed to (9am, 0 9 * * *) and is running rogue again at 5:15pm. No command for it in the file at all. The afternoon one is likely me testing in the past but I can not find this job to delete it now. I looked in /var/log/syslog and confirmed it's my user (pi) that CRON is calling, but if it's not in the file I don't know what else to do. I've tried listing them all out and looking in the root's crontab and /etc/ and spools and everything I could Google. I don't think I would have done this anywhere other than the standard crontab -e
Any suggestions on what is going on here?

Do you have a system crontab running the job as well? I believe that would be/etc/crontab
or under/etc/cron.d
