For hacking windows using Eternalblue, no files are sent to the Windows user.. but Using ip and penetration into explorer and the system is hacked..
How to hack Android OS using this way? Is the eternalblue only for windows? Can I also use
Android? are there any other exploits for this method?

You will also attract downvotes if you come across as a "script kiddy", as in not understanding basic concepts but still trying to be a l33t h4x0r.

* Is the eternalblue only for windows?* - If you GOOGLE EternalBlue you will reach Wikipedia and thus, get the information that this exploit is designed to attack SMB server. By knowing that this kind of server is MOSTLY on Windows, and this vulnerability IS Windows targeted (and not Linux SMB), and Android does not have, as far as i know, a SMB server on it on ROMs, there is pretty much no change this will work with Android.
