I am using ssh logging on a remote server and ran a parallel computing application. I use htop to monitor the CPU usage. But after running a long time, htop exit and shows:
htop: too may open files in system
I increases the open file limit using the ulimit. Then I ran htop, it shows
htop: no locks available
What does this mean? What could I do to get around?
ssh ulimit htop resources
