I'm using Linux Mint 19.1 XFCE with Nvidia's 418 drivers from the graphics PPA.

I've only tested this in Garry's Mod and Team Fortress 2. In both games, whenever I try to use my mic with push-to-talk, the screen will freeze for a few seconds. If I had to guess, my system is probably reading something from the disk to access the mic and whatever is being read does not stay in memory very long. The freezes will stop for a bit after the first one, but start again if I don't use my mic for about a minute.
